Our heartfelt appreciation to Trustees or House Committee and all the staff for the very happy and bountiful Christmas and New Year celebrations. Despite some sickness among the staff and residents many of you served us beyond the call of duty. We have had a really enjoyable time

I am writing to say how much I enjoyed this mornings visit to Westham Church for the Flower Festival. It was magnificent. I am so glad I went. Also the drive there and back was so enjoyable with Sue Varley in charge.

Thank you for the dinner today (Easter Monday). It was so enjoyable and such good company. All the staff worked so hard to give us such a lovely meal.

I would like to thank all the staff of BBCH for they're care of my father.
It was a great comfort to me during these last few months to see him so well cared for, with kindness and compassion. The high standards speaks for itself.........

During the years he lived at the Homes he came into contact with many of the staff, Committee and Trustees, all contributing to his well being, but I pay special tribute to the Care Staff who were with him during his last days.
