BBCH has provided loving care for over 50 years 
for 63 elderly residents.

The Charitable Trust Deed states that the Homes are for people in need and this is interpreted as Social,
Physical, Financial or Spiritual.

The enthusiasm and love expressed in 1945 when Members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) were inspired to place their energies into this project, is still evident today.

Above all else, Bernhard Baron Cottage Homes is 
a community made up of elderly Residents and dedicated Staff, who come together in their
daily lives within an atmosphere of loving care.

This peacefulness and loving atmosphere is felt by everyone who lives, works, visits or even calls on business purposes.

It is that unseen expression of the infinite spiritual ethos expressed in the Quaker Testimony of loving - that there is something of GOD in everyone - which stands as an ongoing example in a turbulent world.
