the Registered Manager is Trudi Knight

The Deputy Care Managers support the
Management team together with a team of care staff.

Care Manager Trudi is working towards the Registered Managers Award, while Traci Wood is working towards NVQ4 in Care followed by the Registered Manager's Award.

Staff Structure

We have a Care team of 
25 full & part-time Care Assistants.

9 are qualified to NVQ level 
2 with 3 working towards this level.
One is qualified to NVQ level 3 
with 3 working towards this level

All staff receive ongoing in-house training and attend relevant training provided by outside agencies.

In our kitchen team we have three Chefs, 
and an additional part-time staff to help in the kitchen.

A team of housekeepers cover all areas of the homes to maintain the standard of cleanliness.

We have a Maintenance person and a full-time gardener with additional help during the season.

The office is staffed with
2 Secretary/Activities organisers
