The Deputy Care Managers support the
Management team together with a team of care staff.

Staff Structure

We have a Care team of 
28 full & part-time Care Assistants.

The majority of staff are qualified to NVQ 2/3
or are working towards these qualifications

All staff receive ongoing in-house training and attend relevant training provided by outside agencies.

In our kitchen team we have four qualified Chefs, 
and additional part-time staff to help in the kitchen.

A team of housekeepers cover all areas of the homes to maintain the high standard of cleanliness.

We have a Maintenance person and a full-time gardener with additional help during the season.
