Caring Survey 2020

We have introduced a new survey about caring at the Bernhard Baron Care Home to give us ideas of ways to improve areas where we’re already performing well and to quickly make changes where we might need to improve.

Anyone connected to the home, be it, residents, staff, relatives, volunteers, or friends, are welcome to take part in this short survey which has been compiled to follow the Care Quality Commission's Key Lines of Enquiry, in this instance based on Caring.  If you would like to take part in our survey or read more about it, please click on the link below.
