Carer Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Care Team at our well-established and CQC Good with Outstanding rated Care home.
We’re looking for a dedicated, warm & compassionate Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Bernhard Baron Care Home, Polegate.
Care Assistant duties:

Personal care where required
-
Accompanying Residents on medical appointments

General help with daily activities

Assisting on outings in our minibus or car

Simply taking someone for a walk in our beautiful gardens
Benefits:
FREE Training: While we would like you to have your NVQ2 or equivalent, we will support you to achieve this. All mandatory training is provided as well as training to help in your personal and professional development.

Senior Carer
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join BBCH as a Senior Carer at our well-established and CQC Good with Outstanding rated Care home.
We’re looking for a dedicated, warm & compassionate Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Bernhard Baron Care Home, Polegate.
Senior Care duties:
● Help Residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence, choice and individuality
● Be a Key Worker to a named group of Residents
● Assist Residents with all personal care requirements
● Give “Total Care” and carry out duties as instructed by Senior Staff or members of the Primary Health Care Team (GPs and Nurses).
NVQ2 or similar essential
NVQ3 or similar desirable

Volunteer Mini Bus Drivers Required
Do you have a few hours spare on a weekly basis?
We are looking for volunteer mini bus drivers who can drive our residents to various locations for outings and activities (from our Polegate residential care home.)
➢ DBS Required (Paid for by BBCH)
➢ Clean UK Driving Licence (Preferred D1 Category)
➢ Double Vaccinated
➢ Must be over 21 years of age
