Overview

We’re looking for a Bank Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team at Bernhard Baron Care Home, Polegate

Bank Kitcehn Assistant duties:

  • Assisting the chefs with a variety of tasks, including basic food preparation 

  • Some heavy lifting (pots/pans) may be required 

  • Operating the dishwasher 

  • Serving meals and refreshments to Residents and staff 

  • Working alongside a supportive and welcoming team

Pay rate:  

Kitchen Assistant-under 18: £11.20 

Kitchen Assistant-over 18 £13.45 

 

Expected hours: 

To cover sickness and annual leave, working a variety of shifts between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm across 7 days per week, including bank holidays, for which we pay an enhanced rate.
