A Visit to Berwick Church

We recently enjoyed a lovely outing to Berwick Church in East Sussex, a beautiful old church tucked away in the Sussex countryside.

Berwick Church is a very special place, full of history and character. One of its most fascinating features is its magnificent murals, painted by members of the famous Bloomsbury Group. The colourful artwork makes the church particularly interesting to visit and gave us plenty to admire as we explored this wonderful building.

Everyone enjoyed taking some time to look around the church, appreciate its beautiful surroundings and discover a little more about its history.

Of course, no outing would be complete without some refreshments! After our visit, we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and some delicious cake, which was the perfect way to round off the trip.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable outing and, most importantly, a lovely opportunity to spend time together, enjoy each other's company and visit one of East Sussex's hidden gems
