Uni. Students Visit BBCH

At the beginning of November, we were delighted to welcome undergraduate and postgraduate Social Work students from the University of Sussex Department of Social Work & Social Care to our care home.

During their visit, our team gave a talk and presentation about our approach to care and the values that guide our community. The students also had the opportunity to spend time with our Residents, using conversation openers they had prepared in advance to build genuine connections and strengthen their social work skills.

It was a pleasure to share what makes our home so special and to support the next generation of social care professionals in their learning journey.
